How to Remain Remotely Agile Through Disruptions

A good article but some suggestions on application:
1. Always assigning a particular role to a particular person as suggested (e.g. timekeeping), absolves the team of its responsibilities, and starts to paint that person in a particular way. This to be shared amongst the whole team.
2. Suggestion empathy is great – but what the article doesn't talk about is how to do that - what is the language of empathy? How do you reflect someone's feelings in a way they feel heard, and without necessarily agreeing with them.
3. Get your three questions right from the daily scrum.
If you need some assistance of any of these please get in touch.
