The 3 Biggest Challenges of Leading in a Post-COVID World

What are your 3 biggest challenges in leading in a post-COVID world?

I've been talking to leaders about this issue and have got widely differing answers – (which leaves me somewhat perplexed).

Some say it’s all about the external challenges - of the virus/lockdown/economy on your team or organisation e.g. loss of sales, loss of income, unable to reach and service customers/clients, using digital platforms.

Some focus on the internal challenges: how do I keep my team engaged? How do I even know what my team members are doing? How do I keep them motivated? What do I tell them?

Some were focused on the job of leading others (see above), and some on the leader managing their own time, energy and focus: how do I get a good routine going? When is it okay to switch off? What is “enough”? Have I done enough?

Can you help me shed some light on this? What are your biggest challenges in leading your team and/or organisation? Are they within the organisation or external? Is it something you’re facing yourself?
